JADE Switzerland

JADE Switzerland is one of the 15 confederations of the JADE Network. Founded in 1992, JADE Switzerland was one of the founding confederations of JADE Europe, alongside France, Holland, Portugal and Italy. Today, there are 9 Junior Enterprises in Switzerland with 7 active members.

Our JEs are as diverse as they are successful. To this day, there are over 100 Junior Entrepreneurs active in the country. Most of our JEs are based in business departments of Universities. However, JADE Switzerland is also composed of junior enterprises from the two federal institutes of technology.

In response to the cultural diversities within Switzerland you will find Junior Enterprises in the French-speaking region as well as in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

We have a managing executive committee composed of 3 Junior Entrepreneurs elected to run JADE Switzerland and handle JADE affairs. Other Junior Entrepreneurs are also welcome to help out on a "project manager" mandate. The executive board is renewed every year after our annual General Assembly.

The main objective of the executive board of JADE Switzerland is to make liaison between JADE Europe and the swiss JEs, promote our JEs and the JE concept on a national level, supporting entrepreneurship by creating public-awareness and finally, promoting national and international collaborations between JEs.
